I read the entire book first before practising the method to perdre du poids. If you keep to it, it works. I lost 7 pounds in a couple of weeks, I bought the pedometer which really does help you to keep focussed and make an effort to walk more. It is a book you need to read on a regular basis to reaffirm the method. I never felt hungry but I did feel healthier, fitter and thinner. I recommend it for anyone who has that last stubborn stone to lose and keep off.
This book has helped me lose my baby weight four times. I have four children age 6 down to 16 months and my body is no bigger than before I started my family – with NO EFFORT! I’ve never believed in diets so this book really did it for me. It also covers another couple of bases as is a great meditation tool, and can help you relax and have a good night’s sleep (children dependent, of course).

This system really does work its not about diet so much as mind set. I loaded the cd onto my iPod and listen to it from time to time I have this book a number of years and keep coming back to it to help stay on track. While there is will power required with any weight loss/maintenance it is very motivating and everything in it is really quite sensible.
